Ben Obese-Jecty is an Old Tiffinian, a former British Army Infantry Officer, s a political commentator, an active Conservative campaigner and now a Prospective Parliamentary Candidate.

In late September, Tiffin Alumnus Ben Obese-Jecty was selected as the Conservative candidate for Huntingdon. Obese-Jecty is the Association Chairman for Hornsey and Wood Green Conservative Association and stood for Hackney North and Stoke Newington at the last general election. Obese-Jecty trained at Sandhurst before serving in the Army in Iraq and Afghanistan, and now works in the financial sector.
